Zudamar, what are you going on about, loosing potential clientele because of a tick 1 boosting reward?

5k metal 5k oil and some workers, is not a game changer. You can hardly get to range using these. Secondly, non boosters should actually start boosting. Its only fair. I mean I always hear this "booster vs non booster" argument, and how non boosters always whine, but my question is, why dont you guys (Want to be allies? Sometimes I like to pretend I am a princess riding a pony..) boost?

I mean you dont need to boost 1000 dollars. Why not 10 bucks? 10 bucks is something you spend for, say a hamburger. If you are gonna say you dont have 10 dollars to spend on a game you play 18 hours a day, then I can say that you are being damn cheap. So when a booster shells out 1000 dollars, why shouldnt he be given special treatment or an "advantage" or whatever you guys call it?

No. Boosting is very profitable as it is.

Not at all. BD has been steadily losing money, especially in 2009 as michael paid 10's of thousands of dollars out of his pocket to keep the game alive. The more money BD brings in, the better it is for BD

What i meant is that it's profitable enough for THOSE WHO BOOST. This suggestion is about getting more resourses for the same money, which in no way makes BD's pocket any bigger.

This suggestion also encourages more people to boost. Which makes BD more money

After some thought I think it would help bring in some revenue and boosters would like it...

My only problem is that non-boosters probably WONT like it.

Maybe this would help promote non-boosting players boost in small doses so they get the bonus next era. (I revoted yes
)

Thank you for the yes vote :)

And I'm sorry to say this, but the boosters are people that BD needs to keep happy. I agree that non-boosters need to be happy as well, but BD is a business, and it needs to keep it's paying costumers to come back and buy more. And yes, my hope is that more people who don't boost will start. At least a little at a time.

Non boosters will never like anything. Its for that reason they need to start (Want to be allies? Sometimes I like to pretend I am a princess riding a pony..) boosting. lol.

You already get a bonus from having reds, they took this out for that reason, it is understandable, but this would only further the boosters from the nonboosters, call it "Encouragement" all you want but it is still unfair.

Voting no

That's the point though. Boosters are supposed to be catered to more than non boosters. $5 is all you'd need. Buy 200 tokens, or whatever the smallest package is. Use them, get 5k res the next era. Not hard to do. We, as boosters allow you to play this game for free. And most non boosters are very ungrateful for that.

Don't assume i am ungrateful
I have boosted many times in my BD career i boosted back on the OC when you got the starting bonus the next era. i am happy there are boosters apollo i am, i encourage it, but as a former booster myself i recognize why they changed the system to what it is now. it was cool yes but alas it was unfair to get something for nothing, you support the game, you get supporter channel, you get to trade resources without Lvl 5 converter, you are already catered.
