I voted tweak, cause it sounds like it could be abused too easily, basically it'll be even easier to make multi alliances etc.

I think it would work better as request to join local alliance function so that you dont get random noobs spamming colonies near an alliance which has auto join or what ever you called it turned on.

same the abusing thing and also i dont think it will stop newbs from quitting once they get in a newb alliance they still are probably gonna get conquered. Also in newb alliances not a lot of talking and communicating go on anyways they kinda just sit there... i dont think the friend making thing is gonna work but i think it still is a great idea but still needs some thinking over
