the admins and mods where SUPPOSE to play on F5 last era but garry failed all of us and didnt make the alliance to play

You really shouldn't expec the admins to answer a 'calling out' by a random member. If we ever find ourselves in a situation where a majority of staff are willing and able to play in an alliance together (unlikely) then the server and time will be decided by the people involved accoriding to when they're best available. Most likely place would be a single tick Earth, not F5 of wherever it was.

so lemme get this 100% clear: i can have more than 9 people until tick 100
then if i kick the member at tick 95 or whatever the team is still eligable for the contest???

100 ticks is just a limit so that if people accidentally recruit 10 people they have time to rectify it. If you're deliberately taking advantage of the rule by having 14 members for 95 ticks then you are risking exclusion from the contest.

im only asking cos if i had say...10 guys, could i kick the lowest ranked one at tick 90 or something and still be in the contest?
we wont conquer him probably, just give him to a sub (if they are allowed) or an ally or something.
Also i think with the contest coming up, i think its time we know who is having a team and maybe reveal 2 or 3 people (excluding themselves)
