I'm actually going to attempt to go back and get permission to use these graphics... since i really like how they turned out. And numair... Bob was my first creation  So he has a spikey, special place next to my heart XD

Why is it that you don't have permission?
It is stupid if you ask me, technically speaking, the creative rights are yours, all you did was use their platform to make them. And a platform is just that, a tool.

yea... with anyone else, i could probably get away with it... but EA is known for their... shall we say... politeness with customers when they see a pretty penny possibly made.

I have the game to, it is pretty cool!  It feels... Godlike  Anyhow, I wouldn't be surprised if EA made you sign somewere that it's all EA's property xD

lol... in their EULA it says that all creations made by spore, and any hardware that spore runs off of, is hereby owned by EA... Yes... EA now owns my computer because i agreed to the EULA... they are a bunch of legal BS... but there is no way to challenge it
