when i open the game on my phone i can play it but it crashes when i press upgrade so i still dont know what that is (its cause my phone is old) but when i open it on my laptop which is fast it gets stuck on loading client, and yes i tried clearing my cache and changing my network and refreshing the page about 50 times and turning off my computer
