after leveling up, the progression map shows that I'm supposed to receive an item but this didn't happen. Please check!

and now it's the second time in a row!
Basically after leveling up the screen got freezes when I'm supposed to receive the legendary or mythical item. So I've to refresh the page and I lost this perk!!!
Please let me know how to contact the tech support I've the screenshots

Hey there,
Please clear your cache and check your inventory.
This usually just means it failed to inform you, you should still have any items however.
