Is this on a browser? If so, have you tried clearing your cache?

I too can confirm this. Though I'm seemingly having the reverse issue. I can change the quality in the main menu and it sticks perfectly fine. However, sadly whenever I get into a battle (A.I or Person) the quality automatically changes itself back to high.

Things I've done in order to resolve the issue
-------------------------------------------
- Restarted Browser
- Signed Out/In
- Cleared Cache/Cookies
- Switched From Firefox To Chrome
