Have FireFox? It uses a different form of flash which might work better in some cases.

"Special"? We've had reports of AVG (or was it avast?) causing trouble for example.

It's most likely something about your configuration, software. It could also be the router perhaps - it could be overloaded if too many people use it at times.

Only thing I can think of right now, we don't really change our servers throughout the day..

Could you check if http://supermechs.com/bmmdev still works for you when this happens?

I'm having a bit of a hunch and if that does work that may be confirmation.
