K so I upgraded an item into another but it only gave it like half the power.

As shown in the second picture, it had 38,000 power approximately. Now it has 44,000, despite me adding 12,000 power. This was a few days ago and it didn't fix. I thought it would have by now. I took a screenshot just in case it wasn't a "visual problem" like I had thought. But it actually did only add half the power. Is this a new rule or something?? Or just a glitch. If so, can i get my 6000 power or nah? -,-

The fusion system seems to be working properly but the item is still missing 6000 power. Can I get it back in some way or not? If not you could always send 60 token and I could simply buy back the 6000 power :P

Or you could just spend your stacks of SM credits on boxes (for power) instead of buying 1000 Battle Credits each week. ;)

What is going on ?

Can we PLEASE have a solution about that (after more than 3 weeks, I think it is since the new update, at least nobody noticed it before) :?:

One player lost 383,750 power by 1 (!) time fusing :!:

537,600 power (1 max fused item) fused into a Ultra Nova MarkII gave
153,850 power :!: :?: :?: :?:

WHERE are the 383,750 power gone :?:

- WHOM to contact now, after Liran told he dont do e-mail anymore :?:
- we would need a solution for that MAIN problem
- as far as I know this problem (losing power during fusing) exist for ALL players
- Can we PLEASE have a faster solution about that problem then "soon" :?:
- HOW that player get the lost power back, special since this player PAYED for the power :?:
- HOW all other players will be refunded who lose constantly power during fusing :?:

An answer to theses questions would be appreciated :!:
