Seems players are NOT important enough to get any response after days (weekly prize) or even weeks (fusion still get """stolen""" - sorry my english, found not a better word for it) :!:

I am becoming very angry now about SuperMechs (Tacticsoft) :!:

No need to invest any cent anymore in this game :!:

If we players are not important enough to even fix weekly prizes, which were NOT given by a mistake from tacticsoft, AND about a MAIN problem (fusion getting less for NO reason) we get NO answer for WEEKS ...

This is my main gripe with them.

I understand that mistakes can be made by anyone, I can accept not getting any rewards for the week personally.

BUT when they straight up ignores your complaints and pretending it never happened instead of addressing them, that is where it gets me.

If they arent gonna give us the power kits and clan rewards and lost fusion they should give some compensation... like power kits and lost fusion and clan rewards.

The developers are still investigating this issue.

Unfortunately I can't say much more than that, but I would like to ask everyone affected to email [email protected], these emails will end up with the Community Manager for Super Mechs who will do her best to help while the devs continue their research.
