this started as a bug report, but i just discovered a new feature: regular drainers can now do damage

one small bug: they only do physical damage, my xrays (-9 electric resist) say 0+2 and 0+3 physical damage

update: only applies to resist drainers that were upgraded back when you could upgrade them (new/power level 1 drainers can't be upgraded)
