You can earn them through the daily bonus.

In the menu bar where you buy token packages, theres a daily bonus you get for free every day. Each day is a small amount of resources, and day 6 and 7 involve token prizes. You need to collect every day though or it will reset.

If you take the 6 six days in a row and forget to take the 7th day within 48 hours then it will reset and you have to start from first day.
