There's nothing in common, I don't think all of us are even in the same country. I'm in central USA.

I've tried chrome and Firefox to no avail.

It doesn't seem to matter if I open multiple worlds at once or not. When it's working, I can open both at once without issue, but when one stops responding they both stop responding. I can refresh the page and the website will load but it will stay stuck at the home loading screen until the server finally decides to respond again.

Is there a direct IP for the application server behind the game that I can ping? The web server battledawn.com has fairly consistent pings when I run it, but I'm curious about the connection to the backend server.

Unfortunately, you guys are getting a little bit more technical than I am now  However, as I said, I am able to access everything just fine and with good connection speed. I'm EST US, however, ironically, I'm central right now due to business trip. In the middle of a starbucks right now and still getting great connection. Not slow at all.

One last thing I will suggest (but if you're IT professional, I doubt you didn't already do this) would be to delete cookies. I've run into it a few times where BD wouldn't load for me at all, but when I deleted cookies, it was fine. No clue what the cause is in that case (I'm sure you do Alex), but it was a simple fix.

And I can say that if I have a bunch of programs running, BD usually crashes on me. But that would be with pandora/youtube, a few different webpages requiring a lot of data, excel workbooks with massive amounts of information in it, email, and maybe some other programs running. But even with all that, it usually doesn't crash or have issues for me.

Apologies for the late reply mate, I've been occupied.

Well, I would really like to recommend just turning everything off - perhaps even trying "Safe Mode with networking" on Windows Startup (F8 on most setups).

I will do some research for you, music is served from music.battlegate.net but for the rest...

The only connections my tools are seeing, are the HTTP requests the flash client makes to PHP files, which should be on the same server (unless there is some magic here that I am not aware of).

I'll ask around to see if anyone is aware of some sort of flash socket connecting to a different IP, I am not a flash programmer so I do not know precisely how I can find out about this.
