While playing in Mars 3, I've hurried 15 AMDs & 15 Rocket Buggies. Then I've got a single metal. How did it happen?

It doesnt really matter it just happens when you biuld a significant amount of units and gain 3-4 power by doing it you recieve 1 metal.
