Hey Darklord,
i'm impressed by your posting and i think you've got the right spirit :D If your alliance is really serious about it, you might become good competition one day. When SoLD started to play BattleDawn, we were defeated by the established alliances as well even though we put a lot of effort into the game. But we've learned from mistakes and continously improved our strategies. By now, our team has grown and many great players joined us, so we've become an established alliance ourselves. I respect your determination to fight us, good luck to you and your alliance!

What Bleaky said :D

We were also new once (altough, by now, you have to go back a long way to find our first round) and our plan was to come to BD and establish SoLD here. So don't be disencouraged.

One more thing. SoLD's subs are not like others. Where other subs might be active enough to launch a couple of attacks; SoLD's subs are also pro's. I personally believe SoLD has alot of pros with messenger and the ability to get ahold of each other through texting. If you've noticed, alot of times SoLD will change leaders between subs and main every round. I'm not going to pretend to remember names, but even Solderz of Fortune is in a sub. So I believe that the subs are close to the, if not on the same level, as the main with the only difference being who gets to be the dominant one, and gets the better conquer pools. Just my theory.

Missing In Action.

This sums up a lot of what differentiates SoLD from other alliances. I have seen both Top alliances with composed of all great players who keep no subs, and huge sub empires. We have a few "subs", but what is the difference for us is that we use subs not as servants to the main ally. We use subs because we have more players in SoLD than fit into one alliances. Notice that all our best players also took turns playing in S0LD or So1D. And we always assign a top-notch leader to each ally, instead of recruiting an ally leader ingame.

Due to this, it is extremely hard to beat us for good: You might get lucky and kill SoLD's armies, but then S0LD will simply take over attacking you, and they are not much worse than SoLD.

As a last word (since this is turning partly into a "how to do well in BD" type of post, and I recently did just such a guide), never underestimate the amount of planning needed to be successful. One reason we switch leaders so often is because everyone is trying to dodge the bullet of having to do that exhausting job ;-)

As a member of 666, i agree with Dark totally, but also understand he made the wrong decision.

As for SoLD, I respect you greatly and your subs, however you act like no one can beat you, when we can... all great empires fall, they fracture apart.
Plus, you boost a lot, that's why your able to do stuff in a short amount of time.

And you should really make your hive somewhere else, its like your cowering there.

Ive seen some of their wars and actions, their strength indeed lies in the way they govern every part of SoLD and spread across the map like wildfires,to the extent of almost total brilliance, they are usually not called subs anymore, but a part of SoLD together working as one, like an empire of collective minds.

Still trying to find loopholes as we speak, ive already seen the history of SoLD last year,i intend to look at them again, the first time i saw SoLD i was purely intimidated, but i realized, even foes like them fall, when one knows the key to their enemy's destruction.

But yeah its hard to plan and manage all these stuff..and the sight of the massacres SoLD made in the past is not helping much either lol

yes true, they boosted a bit to get a head start..well only some of them, the majority of their success is on how they are positioned in New Zealand and how they swept through the land like locusts, considering the fact that SoLD already has a notorious reputation, that they strike fear into the minds of many, that they are simply ignored to avoid conflict.
