It's called operation defensive shield, not operation nuke.

But if something can't be neutral, and it's not marked friendly, then it's marked an enemy. I'm not sure how that can be called anything but war.

Of course if HKF doesn't mark OIL as red, I can retract my statement and people can go back to their regular planned strategy.

I currently have a member of OIL with the HKF flag.

But specific situations and context makes all the difference.

This just seemed like a good thread to make the alliances who need to know, that HKF told OIL that they were marked red.

What's there to get worked up about? (If the statement wasn't true, then I understand the defensiveness) But that confusion has been cleared up now.

Alright good to know that its cleared up but I will reiterate that red does not mean war in all cases. Many times red just means that those are the ops/colonies you should be watching for/ watch for any suspicious movements towards your alliance. Also if an alliance uses red to mark their own territory. No ops of certain alliance in this area, so they mark the specific alliances ops red so they can be easily seen and removed.

RED doesn't mean war.. I agree with that statement, but when you send someone a message saying that you have marked them red.... what is that suppose to imply??? To me that is a taunt and someone looking for the other alliance to break a nap.

HKF has no NAP with OIL.
