1.) AoE and AoE, attacked BYZ initially.

2.) BYZ (myself included) retaliated.

3.) Garfield (to his credit) tried to mediate this dispute and stop the war, but I decided that I really didn't care for peace and that the Byzantine Empire would march to war.

4.) Just because you TRIED to make peace with BYZ, or because you TRIED to mediate a dispute, or that you TRIED to sort things out does NOT mean that I have to agree to make peace.

F THAT!!! This is BATTLE DAWN. It is a WAR GAME.

I (Constantinus) declared war against AOE, and then AoE declared war back on us (mostly Strategy).


Do I care if AoE was prepared for the war? Hell no!
Do I care if only Strategy wanted the war? Not in the least.
Do I defend EVERY SINGLE BYZ outpost? I Sure do.
