Well, rather then waiting for YOU to attack, he attacked first, is that not a great tactical strategy? and no one can consider this backstabbign ebcuase in your message you clearly stated you may declare war, it is in his ever right and power to defend his allaince on the brink of such an event, and thus is justified.
