Looks like Matt is a little late here .

Fight 1 was versus TLOP, the rank 1 team at the time. We took their whole network in 1 night by correct spam and anti-spam placement. We knew their timezones so we took maximum advantage of that and when they woke up, we were already at their doorsteps. This must have been quite a blow to their morale as we were able to easily kill their armies. At this point we had control over the entire map. I don't think Mars has ever been that red before.

Fight 2 was versus SWAT. After we basically killed the whole world 2 times over, SWAT wanted to give us the last fight of the era. They had the last relic we needed and they weren't going to just give it away. History repeated itself.

I was apart of DDT this era, and there was nothing more glorious than when all 7 of our alliances started our attack. Our hopes were high as we overwhelmed them with our numbers, walking up and taking almost everything except what was in their hive. At this point things went horribly. Members started sleeping on the front lines, people made dashes by themselves to get relics and got murdered as DBA reacted with 100-300 squads. Myself and a couple of other members in DDT tried to convince all the other members that we needed to set up a massive nuke field, and nuke them into oblivion. We started to set up a couple nukes on the east side of the island, and WR set up a couple as well. Our plan was to launch nukes in two waves, each wave would hit every OP and colony they had in the same tick, then the next wave would hit everyone the tick after. This would prevent them from being able to land at the same time as the nukes hit. Then all of a sudden R makes a suicide dash to one of their colonies with an eta of 8-12, but that was really as close as they could launch from without jeopardizing the OP they launched from. We saw the trap, knew they were all waiting to spring up out and wipe them out, and tried to warn them. Unfortunately, several members were either asleep or at work and could not turn back, so instead of sacrificing a few members to their stupidity, they go with it, and the exact thing we expected to happen happened, and they were all wiped out. As some of our members fell asleep and pulled their armies back to a safe distance, they began to push out, and we decided not to challenge them and fell back to our hive, which was in the top right corner. We watched as WR left their armies on the front and were killed, so we tried to ally back with DBA. We knew they didn't really trust us at all, but if they were able to have one less person attacking them it was worth it. We sat and waited as they took out the rest of R, and then xUAx. At this point we decided to just go for 2nd, since if we couldn't do it with 7 alliances, we weren't going to do it by ourselves. As curtesy we sent a couple armies down to xUAx to help take them out, who were in the bottom left. It turned out to be a big mistake. Next morning I wake up, almost all of our ops were taken by SWAT, and we had 5-15 nukes coming to our colonies. I was able to gate back and relocate close to DBA, even as I tried to defend my members. For some reason the following days we had remarkably low activity, and it was barely 3 of us trying to defend against swat and their sub. We eventually got a couple other members to relocate to us, but we didn't have enough members online at the same time to take them on completely, but we did manage to trap 3 armies of SW4T and kill them. At this point I decided to leave the alliance due to activity problems, as it had gotten our members killed and I wasn't going to be blamed for letting down the alliance that I had spent hours to defend while other people slept. Eventually I was sniped and then killed as I tried to join another alliance, but this was by far the most memorable era I have ever been apart of. I've never seen more activity or skill than from that DBA team.
